内容摘要:
The constantly undergoing dynamics of actin cytoskeleton is vital for various cellular processes, including polarized cell growth. Several actin binding proteins have been implicated in the generation of actin cables. Here we showed how ADF7 promotes the turnover of long actin cables in pollen tubes with the combination of in vitro biochemical analyses and in vivo high- resolution microscopical analyses.
