1.多倍体饲草的演化与驯化。利用群体遗传学分析揭示六倍体燕麦驯化及遗传改良过程中重要性状的形成及其演化规律；
2.多倍体饲草复杂性状遗传调控解析及育种应用。开发多倍体全基因组关联分析模型，解析饲草重要性状的遗传基础，促进饲草基因组选择育种。
